Online ticket purchases are processed via the Ready Theatre Network (RTN) website, which occasionally generates "unknown error" messages during the transaction. Your credit card will likely be charged, despite this error message. DO NOT RESUBMIT YOUR TICKET PURCHASE, AS IT MAY RESULT IN MULTIPLE TICKET PURCHASES!!
If you encounter an error message at any point during the online ticketing process, you should check your email for an order confirmation letter. Please be patient, as the email process may take up to 10 minutes.

Tickets purchased online CANNOT be refunded or exchanged for a different date or time. Carefully review the date and time information to ensure that you are purchasing the correct tickets.
You must bring the credit card used for purchase or a printed copy of the email confirmation to pick up your tickets. We can NOT look up tickets by name.
While online purchases do guarantee a seat in the theatre, we cannot guarantee that your seats will be together. For this reason, we strongly urge you to come at least 30-45 minutes early during peak show times.
When available, Military, child and senior discount tickets require verification at the theatre box office.
Tickets to R-rated movies will require valid ID or parent/legal guardian at the theatre box office.
